we organize trade shows and we need to provide our third-party vendors, facilities, and general contractors with contact information for all exhibiting companies and attendees. This is done so the exhibitors and attendees are able to order services from these third-party vendors. At times, we may provide certain Personal Information that we have collected to select customers as part of sponsor fulfillment where applicable. You will always have the ability to opt-out of having your Personal Information included in such cases either as part of the registration process for the applicable event or by clicking HERE.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, your information is needed to provide you services, or as required to fulfill our legal obligations.
